For nearly four decades, Dr. John P. Giordano has campaigned Chassis 1004 at some of the most prestigious and widely recognized vintage racing events in North America, Europe, and The Bahamas. Aside from vintage racing events, 1004 has also enjoyed winning awards in concours and participating in racing exhibits as well as films.

October 2007:
Chassis 1004 was selected for 1st place “Best Competition Car” at the 4th Annual Manhasset Concours d’Elegance.”
August 2009:
Chassis 1004 was selected for display at “The Rolex Legends of Time” display tent at the 36th and final Rolex Monterey Historic Races.
December 2010:
Chassis 1004 was selected as “Car of the Year” for The Legends of Motorsports Race Series and owner John Giordano was presented with a Rolex watch.
October 2011:
Chassis 1004 was selected for 1st place “Best Competition Car” at the 7th Annual Manhasset Concours dElegance.
March 2012:
Chassis 1004 was invited to the 17th Annual Amelia Island Concours dElegance.
